Mr. Gore goes to Dominican

Nobel Peace Prize winner and former Vice President of the United States, Al Gore, will be the second in this spring’s Institute for Leadership Studies lecture series, making his second appearance at Dominican University of California, having visited Dominican in the spring of 2007. The lecture will take place at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2013 in Angelico Hall, and will be presented by Dominican’s Institute for Leadership Studies, in partnership with Book Passage.

Gore, the chairman of The Climate Reality Project and author of Our Choice: A Plan to Solve the Climate Crisis, The Assault on Reason, and An Inconvenient Truth, will discuss his latest book, The Future, as well as environmental efforts to fight the climate crisis.
